Are there any hidden setup fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. Your monthly fee covers the architecture and management of your engine. The only additional costs are your direct infrastructure usage (CRM and AI minutes), which are billed at cost with zero markup.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. As your lead volume grows or you require more advanced AI Voice Agents, you can upgrade to a higher tier instantly. We ensure a seamless migration of your logic and data so your conversion engine never misses a beat.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s lead volume?
Your engine is built to scale. If your lead volume increases significantly, we simply move you to the next tier to ensure your AI Voice Agents have the bandwidth and logic required to handle the extra traffic without slowing down.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
Because we dedicate significant technical labor to architecting your custom AI Voice Agents or logic upfront automations, we do not offer refunds on service fees. However, we do not "trap" partners you can cancel at any time to stop future billings.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Our Beta and Professional plans are month-to-month. We lead with results, not restrictive contracts. If the engine isn't providing a clear ROI for your business, you can pause or cancel at any time.
How is my business data secured?
We use enterprise-grade encryption and secure API protocols to bridge your CRM with our AI agents. Your data is never sold or used to train public models; it is stored within a private, dedicated environment built to protect your competitive advantage.
Who owns the lead data?
You do—100%. We simply build the engine that manages it. Every lead, phone recording, and chat transcript stays within your private system. We have no ownership over your database; our only job is to make it more profitable.
What happens to my workflows if I cancel?
Your automation logic and AI agents are hosted within our proprietary Lead Management Environment. While you own your lead data and can export it at any time, the active "engine" and custom workflows we’ve built are part of our managed service. If you cancel, the automated systems will be deactivated at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens right after I pay?
We start your Onboarding immediately. You’ll get a simple checklist to help us connect to your systems. Once we have that, our team starts building your AI agents and workflows so you can get up and running as fast as possible.
How do I pay for the AI "minutes" or texts?
We make this as simple as possible.
If you use our platform: Everything is handled in one place. Your usage (calls, texts, and AI processing) is tracked automatically, and we manage the billing directly within your account. You just top up your balance, and the system handles the rest.
If you use a different platform: We will help you connect your own accounts to the automation. You will pay the providers directly at cost, and we will monitor the usage for you to make sure everything stays within your budget.
No matter which setup you choose, we handle the technical side so you never have to worry about the "wires" connecting your AI.
